F4 Action Platform
F4 Action is a grassroots organization which supports competent, credible, and committed candidates for political office who pursue a family, free-market, and future-friendly set of policies. As you can see, being friendly is integral to our name and how we operate. We reject the toxic culture of the far right and the septic culture which permeates much of the left. We reject divisive rhetoric and embrace a unifying conservative vision for our nation. We do this so that every American can thrive and pursue their various callings in life. Compassion is measured by results, not by intentions. If we are to fully empower the people, to include the middle class, we must uphold traditional and proven middle class values. These are best applied in how we empower our families, the free-market, and our future. F4 Action is enabling the current and next generation of conservative leaders to create an environment where people can thrive.
The Family, Free-Market, and Future Friendly Action Committees is seeking but not limited to the accomplishment of the below goals. You may prefer to support one or all of them through your financial contributions and/or advocacy in your local community. This is the Daemocracy Agenda.
Family Friendly

What does it mean to be family friendly? It is measured by the extent to which people choose to have children, where they choose to raise them, and the extent to which the mother-father-child bond is protected. The extent to which people choose to have children must be balanced between not wanting children at all and having more children than one can afford as well as putting a community at risk of overpopulation. Where people choose to raise children is a function of culture as much as it is of economics. A postfamilial culture is slowing spreading in America in which people don't want to have children and don't want to be around them. In contrast, other communities remain dedicated to preserving the bond between parents and their children. As Leo Tolstoy once said, ""Happy families are all alike; every unhappy family is unhappy in its own way." F4 Actions seeks to build a culture which builds happy families while preserving individual freedom. Where liberal communities do provide a safe place to raise children, they have a undercurrent of culturally conservative capital from which to draw. This capital must not be expended. The nuclear family is still the best crucible to produce young citizens who can flourish.
OBJ 1 - Defense of Matrimony Reform Act: Matrimony is the legal protection provided to pregnant woman and mothers with children. Matrimony holds fathers and mothers accountable from the time of conception, whereas marriage only governs the distribution of resources between a couple. Public policies must defend this institution as the ideal environment in which to nurture young minds and hearts. This act serves to reverse the decline seen in communities that disregard the importance of matrimony.
OBJ 2 - Conscientious Citizen Education Reform Act: Federal funding for education must be measured by it’s impact on conscientiousness, the greatest predictor of human health and happiness. We owe it to our children to organize our lives before they are born. Even then life can still be tough. Schools must reinforce conscientiousness to achieve a desired level of organization. A Core Knowledge curriculum supports such an education.
OBJ 3 - Health and Disease Care Reform Act: Federal funding for health care must account for preventive care as well as reactive care.
Free-Market Friendly

What does it mean to be free-market friendly? It means the embrace of economic liberty and the rejection of a command economy. It means that neither corporations nor individuals should readily impose economic risk on others. It means balancing the need for tax revenue with ensuring an economically inviting environment. It means protecting the right to work. It means allowing the many to flourish economically to ensure there is enough to support the few that do not flourish. It means ensuring our public programs have built-in flexibility to adjust to economic changes. It means that the government must live within it's means just as every day Americans must live. It means economic decisions are defaulted to the individual and must be justified before consolidating at higher levels. It means faulting the judgement of micromanaging policymakers rather than the victims of those policies. Being free-market friendly means retaining economic freedom for civil organizations and non-profits that strengthen civil society.
OBJ 1 - Defined Contribution Social Security Reform Act: Social Security must end it’s pyramid structure by transitioning from a defined benefit program to a defined contribution program. This will not be easy given the pernicious nature of pyramid schemes but we must do this so we pass a legacy to the next generation, not an untenable pension system.
OBJ 2 - Supermajority Deficit Spending Reform Act: Congress must require itself to be fiscally responsible by requiring a 67% vote to run a deficit. Federal funding to states must also be impacted in the same way. No individual or corporation can run a deficit indefinitely and governments are no exception.
OBJ 3 - Powered-Down Decision-Making Reform Act: Federal legislation and federal funding to the states must include a narrative explaining why lower levels of government, to include the average individual, are incapable of governing an activity. We must treat citizens like adults and expect adult behavior from them. Micromanagement at all levels is unacceptable.
